Frequently Asked Questions (Dream Destination President's Club Program)

The program runs for a 12-month period. It officially starts on March 1, 2022, and ends on February 28, 2023.

If a sales invoice is split between two salespeople, each participant should enter the invoice in their own account at the full product values, but both should mark the invoice as a split sale. The system will automatically adjust the sales numbers for both participants to equal half of the sales total entered. If a sale is split between two sales associates, and only one of them is participating in Presidents Club, the sale must still be marked as a split sale.

Promotions on this site (Dream Destination Presidents Club or Manufacturer Sponsored Promotions) are open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, ages 18 and older who are employed at an Ashley, Ashley Furniture HomeStore, Ashley HomeStore, Ashley Outlet, or Ashley HomeStore Outlet retail location in the United States or Canada ("eligible retail location"). To qualify for any awards or prizes at the end of any promotion or contest on this site, the employee must be employed at an eligible retail location at the time of the award of prizes. Manufacturer Sponsored Promotions may contain additional eligibility requirements.

Participants must submit and verify the following information to be eligible for any rewards: Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Location, Address, and Social Security Number.

Eligible participants are no longer deemed eligible if they are disqualified from any promotion on this site for any reason, including termination of employment at an eligible retail location or leaving their job at an eligible retail location. All earned rewards are forfeited immediately if an eligible participant is no longer deemed eligible.

Ashley HomeStores LTD. reserves the right to terminate a participants participation in any reward program conducted on this site with or without cause at any time.

Products that may contribute to delivered sales totals for the purpose of this promotion are as follows: Ashley-Sleep Mattresses and Pillows, Serta Mattresses, Sealy Mattresses, Stearns & Foster Mattresses, Simmons Mattresses, Tempur-pedic Mattresses and Pillows, Purple Mattresses. Lifestyle Bases (flat and motion) from Ashley-Sleep, Purple, Serta, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Simmons, and Tempur-pedic are also qualifying products.

Leggett & Platt, GBS, and BedGear products DO NOT qualify for this contest.

In the event of a warranty exchange, a participant may only claim the sales difference between the original purchase and the exchange sale price on the new invoice.

Only delivered sales tracked via RSARewards.com will count towards delivered sales totals in regards to the promotion. If a delivered sale has not been entered into the system in accordance with contest rules (including having supporting documentation and verification if necessary), it will not count towards sales totals. Delivered sales must be entered and completed by midnight Central Time, 15 days of the delivery date shown on the invoice. An invoice must have supporting documentation to be considered complete. All invoices are subject to random verification. RSARewards has a two strike rule: If an invoice is found to contain incorrect information or fraudulent supporting documentation, that is strike one for a eligible participant. If a participant receives a second strike during the contest period, they are automatically disqualified from the contest and forfeit all monthly rewards that have not been redeemed by the date of disqualification.

Invoices that DELIVER during the contest dates are elible for this promotion. This means that even if a sale was written prior to the start of the promotion, it may still qualify if it delivers after the start of the promotion. The date entered for each invoice in the system should be the date the invoice delivered to the customer. Invoices must be inputted by Midnight Central Time, within 15 days of delivery to be eligible.

All invoices entered into the system are required to have supporting documentation. For the purposes of this promotion, this documentation will consist of a scan of or picture of the sales invoice for a delivered customer purchase. Documentation will be randomly verified on a monthly basis. If any information on an invoice is found to be incorrect, the entire invoice and all products on it will be deemed ineligible for the program and will not count towards sales totals.

If a participant receives a second strike during the contest period, they are automatically disqualified from the contest and forfeit all monthly rewards that have not been redeemed by the date of disqualification.

To be eligible to receive points to use on rewards on this site, a eligible participant must deliverer $40,000 in eligible product during a given calendar month. Winners will be given one point to spend on prizes on the site. Points can be accrued, but expire at the end of the promotion period. Sales entered in Canadian Dollars will be converted to US Dollars for the purposes of qualification.

Winners will be notified via email and/or text message that they have prizes to be redeemed on RSARewards.com.

Monthly rewards will be announced on or before the 25th of the month following earning the rewards. (For example, for those participants qualifying with March 2020 sales, you will be notified of receiving a reward on or before April 25, 2020. Please note: Due to circumstances such as COVID-19, dates for the monthly rewards announcement may be delayed if the entry date for invoices is delayed on any particular month.

Because some rewards are assembled to order or may be available subject to current inventory, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your reward to ship. If you select an item that requires custom measurements such as the Trek bicycle, a member of the RSARewards team will contact you for the necessary information to finalize your redemption.

Once your reward has shipped, a tracking number will be uploaded to the website for easy online tracking of your shipment.

Note: All awards are considered taxable income and 1099 forms will be issued for any qualifying redemptions. Unredeemed points at the end of the contest period will be forfeited. You have until April 10, 2023 to redeem points from the 2022-2023 program. Any points not redeemed before April 10, 2023 will be forfeited. (In general, points earned during a contest expire on April 10th following the end of the contest.)

The rewards offered on this site will be rotated occasionally to add new items and remove items that have been discontinued. We welcome feedback about the rewards offered on the site, and you can send that feedback to help@rsarewards.com.

Because some rewards are assembled to order or may be available subject to current inventory, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your reward to ship. If you select an item that requires custom measurements such as the Trek bicycle, a member of the RSARewards team will contact you for the necessary information to finalize your redemption.

Once your reward has shipped, a tracking number will be uploaded to the website for easy online tracking of your shipment.

Any return or exchange request must be submitted in writing to help@rsarewards.com within 10 days of package receipt. If a product is being returned due to damage, defect, or mistake in your shipment, please send photos when submitting your claim.

Many items offered on HomeStore Rewards come with a manufacturers warranty, which will vary from product to product. If you have an issue with your reward after 10 days and need a proof of purchase for a warranty claim, please contact help@rsarewards.com with the product, date claimed, and issue you are encountering.

There will be an awards banquet (either in-person or virtual) at the conclusion of the contest for all eligible participants who enter qualifying and eligible delivered sales of at least $420,000 during the contest period. Sales entered in Canadian Dollars will be converted to US Dollars for the purposes of qualification. Included for those who qualified will be: travel to the banquet (if held in person), hotel while there for the banquet (if held in person), food (if held in person), and over $100,000 in prizes will be given out to qualifiers that evening. All qualifiers will receive a special gift for recognition.

Note: All awards are considered taxable income and 1099/T4A forms will be issued for any qualifying redemptions.

Year-end and Top Salesperson awards will be announced on or before May 30, 2023.

One (1) Top Salesperson Award in the amount of $20,000 USD (less any applicable taxes and withholdings) will be awarded at the end of the contest. To qualify for the Top Salesperson Award, a participant must meet all of the following criteria: Participant must have a lifestyle base attachment rate of 20% or more and have the highest delivered sales volume of all eligible participants. For the purposes of the highest delivered sales volume calculation, Sales entered in Canadian Dollars will be converted to US Dollars for the purposes of qualification.
